1. Be registered under the Registration Laws of Seychelles.
2. Fill-in LUNGOS membership application form
3. Submit the completed membership application form, enclosing the following supporting documents

• Formal written application
• A copy of Certificate of Registration
• A Copy of Constitution
• List of Members (Full name and contact details)
• Calendar of Activities
• Minutes of Meeting

Applications are subject for approval by LUNGOS Accrediation Committee.  Upon Approval of membership accreditation, the NGO is required to pay a membership fee of Rs300.00 per annum; whereby it is issued with a Certificate of Membership Accreditation.
