Management Structure

LUNGOS is governed by a Board of Directors, of which eight office bearers are elected by the General Assembly for a three-year mandate. The Board of Directors is the decision making body of LUNGOS and is responsible to the General Assembly (NGO members) for implementation of the decisions, regulations and other programs.

In June 2009, the membership of the Board of Directors was enlarged to include the Secretary Generals of the newly launched Commissions of LUNGOS. During the organisation’s annual General Meeting held on 17th October,2009 Mr.Bernard Elizabeth was re-elected Chairperson.
